Volunteering for the Tin Cup Challenge offers an opportunity to meet new people, share your skills and contribute to the feel-good event of the year in Teton Valley! Thanks to the support of over 300 annual volunteers we are able to execute a first rate event celebrating the philanthropic spirit in our community.
Specific volunteer opportunities will be available online in May of 2012. Our volunteer committees and responsibilities are listed below.

BANNERS
Obtain, set out and remove event banners
DONATIONS & INFORMATION
Provide information and take donations at event.
ENTERTAINMENT
Organize music, entertainment and children’s activities at the event
FOOD ACQUISITION
Acquire and transport food for the event
FOOD PREP
Prepare and serve food the day of the event
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photograph the day’s festivities.
SIGNS
Distribute posters, brochures, and route notices before the event and signs for event
SET UP/CLEAN UP
Staff Early Bird table, sign tables & chairs, garbage & recycling cans in & out, help teams set up their areas, and clean up entire park at end of event
REGISTRATION
Work the registration tent in Downtown Driggs in the week leading up to the event
TIMING & RESULTS
Set up start & finish area, track finish, coordinate posting of times
ROUTE/TRAFFIC CONTROL & COMMUNICATIONS
Set race course, keep runners away from vehicular traffic, ensure all stragglers are accounted for and course is clear of trash
AID STATIONS
Staff one of our aid stations and cheer on our competitive runners
